I received a free devotional e-book 14 Days of Jesus Today™ by Sarah Young download care of Devotionals Daily when I signed up for the newsletter “delivering uplifting devotionals written by bestselling Christian authors and teachers like Billy Graham, Max Lucado, Lysa TerKeurst, Francis Chan, Christine Caine, Rick Warren, Sheila Walsh, Ann Voskamp, and more!” Visit the site and get yours also.
The short video below was shown on the ‘thank you’ page after I subscribed. It is inspired by Sarah Young’s book Jesus Today™.
It is a relaxing video filled with beautiful visuals and with Jesus Christ’s loving promises. Isn’t it so wonderful to experience being loved so deep, in spite of all flaws and imperfections? Knowing that I have the Lord to hold my hand through difficulty and trials makes life worth living.
This is my comfort in my affliction, that your promise gives me life. (Psalms 119:50 ESV)
Because of your promise, and according to your own heart, you have brought about all this greatness, to make your servant know it. (2 Samuel 7:21 ESV)
I held on to God’s promise that He will never leave me, as these past couple of days found me tending to my two little ones who were ill. Praise God they’re okay now.
May Jesus Today™ Promises sustain you and keep you hoping that these problems shall pass.

I hold on to Him, too, for everything in my life! 🙂 Such a comfort to know that many of us do.

It helps to start the day with the word of God. I read from the Sabbath daily guide each morning as soon as I wake up. I noticed my day goes on smoothly.

It’s indeed true that God will never ever leave us. Even in the most troublesome phase n our lives, we shouldn’t lose hope and faith because God is actually carrying the heavier cross for us. Have a blessed Sunday! 🙂
