And so, the baby has arrived. Dad and mom need a day or night off to recharge. But, the little one won’t sleep! Or his sleep pattern is so erratic it’s unpredictable, therefore, they cannot leave the tot to a nanny or grandparent since sometimes only the parents or the mom in particular can put him to sleep.
It might be counterintuitive to have a family sleepover at a hotel since it’s not home and the baby most likely will be sensitive to the new surroundings; but wouldn’t it be great to have a change of view once in a while? To not be worried about chores for a while? Let the housekeeping do the work for you!
If that is highly improbable, then the obvious solution is to have some couple time at home.
They just need to be creative and work around the baby’s naptime schedule.

I like the idea of (quiet) dancing in the living room, a nice way to get close with a partner if slow dancing is chosen. Then, they could move on to showering together. If the time permits, a massage session!

i can totally relate with you, sis. i have toddler that wakes up me in the middle of the night for his milk since he was days old until a month ago.
